1. About StudyMoon
StudyMoon is an education loan facilitation and scholarship guidance platform operating across India since 2018. StudyMoon is not a bank, NBFC, financial institution, university, college, or scholarship funding body.
2. Role Limitation & No Guarantee
StudyMoon acts solely as a facilitator and information platform. Loan approval, rejection, interest rate, collateral requirement, tenure, and disbursement are entirely at the discretion of partner banks or NBFCs. StudyMoon does not guarantee loan approval, sanction, disbursement, or scholarship allocation.
3. No Advance Fees Policy
StudyMoon does not charge any advance, processing, login, or application fees. Any service charge, if applicable, shall be payable only after successful loan disbursement. Payments made to any unauthorized person claiming association with StudyMoon are at the user’s own risk.
4. Scholarship Services Disclaimer
StudyMoon does not directly provide or fund scholarships. Scholarships may originate from educational institutions, government schemes, contests, or commission-based benefits offered by institutions. Final scholarship approval rests solely with the respective institution or authority.
5. Accuracy of Information
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of information and documents submitted. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection, termination, or legal action.
6. Third-Party Dependency
StudyMoon relies on third-party entities including banks, NBFCs, institutions, and government portals. StudyMoon shall not be liable for delays, system failures, policy changes, or decisions taken by such third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall StudyMoon be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses including loss of opportunity, reputation, data, or profits arising from the use of the platform.
8. User Conduct
Users shall not misuse the platform for unlawful activities, misrepresentation, data scraping, hacking, abusive behavior, commercial exploitation, or violation of any applicable laws.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and platform architecture belong to StudyMoon unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
10. Termination & Suspension
StudyMoon reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account or access without prior notice in case of policy violation, misuse, fraud suspicion, or regulatory concerns.
11. Data Usage & Consent
By using StudyMoon, users consent to data collection, processing, and sharing with partner entities solely for service facilitation, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications
StudyMoon may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Force Majeure
StudyMoon shall not be liable for any failure, delay, or disruption caused by events beyond reasonable control, including government actions, bank or NBFC system failures, technical outages, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
